With a sprung floor, a great sound system, disco-style lighting, air conditioning and huge floor space we inspire our members with our excellent studio workouts.

We don't offer any old classes either! Our group exercise is designed by fitness experts like Les Mills and presented by our amazing team of Oxfordshire's best instructors. Our friendly instructors will make sure that you are entertained while you get fitter, faster and stronger.

Try BodyAttack or BodyCombat to make you fit like a super hero, Zumba or Clubbercise to party yourself into shape or bring some calmness to your week with Yoga Flow, Pilates or Sun Power Yoga for the ultimate holistic experience. 

Clubbercise is our newest programme and suitable for all fitness levels. It is a fun easy-to-follow dance workout with rave glow sticks and disco lights. The music is club anthems from the 90's to today's dance hits. Bring a night out to your workout!

Fancy something completely different? Pole fitness classes will challenge and delight you. Our classes are run by the Pole Fitness Academy. Please see our Pole Fitness Classes page for full details.

All our classes are available to non club members too from £5-£7 a session. Simply go to our Class Bookings page, choose the class you want to attend, register your details, book and pay. Or you are welcome to ring us on 01993 705533 and one of our friendly team would be happy to help. Classes can be booked 7 days in advance.

Have serious fun at Pirate Fitness!


BODYATTACK is a high energy fitness class with moves that cater from beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout makes you punch and kick your way to fitness.

BODYPUMP is the world's most popular weights class. It will tone and condition your body, will help you lose body fat and ultimately change your shape in record time.

HARD CORE In just 30 minute you can be on your way to a stronger, leaner, more defined torso. This unforgiving workout tightens not just belly but butt, back and shoulders too.

T.R.X. SUSPENSION TRAINING  the form of exercise used by top trainers and pro athletes and consists of body weight exercises in a suspension trainer. It quickly develops strength, balance and core stability with a fast and effective total body workout.


Flow your yoga poses to music! Work your body and mind. During the class the music encourages you to bend and stretch your way through a series of yoga moves whilst breathing consciously. Leave the class feeling calm and centered.
