Do you want to be inspired, challenged and motivated?

With a sprung floor, a great sound system, and huge floor space we inspire our members with our excellent studio workouts.

Not all our classes are high speed and intensity, try a Zumba fitness class to party yourself into shape. We have all aspects and tastes of studio fitness training covered with some of the best instructors in Oxfordshire at your disposal.

Cardiovascular and Fat Burning Classes

 

Body Attack (The Ultimate Cardiovascular Workout)

An aerobics class with a difference: simple, high energy interval training mixing lower and upper body toning with highly motivating music. Excellant for increasing cardiovascular fitness and burning those unwanted calories, helping you stay firm and toned.

 

Pirate Spinning (The Calorie Killer)

A fun, athletic cardiovascular cycling workout, set to highly motivating music. This 45/60 minute class is a prolific calorie guzzler. It is also excellent for thighs and bum. Not only will it leave you feeling great but you will also look amazing. Pirate Fitness uses a seperate cycling studio to house it's spinning clasees complete with visual effects and excellent sound system.

 

Body Combat

Body Combat is a non contact, martial arts based fitness programme with moves drawn from karate, tae kwan do, kung fu, kick boxing Muary Thai and t'ai chai. Each 55 minute class is choreographed to 10 tracks of music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results.

 

Power Step

Our ultimate step aerobics class is back! A great cardio workout with fun and challenging combinations and power work to get you fitter faster.

 

Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Aimed at men and women of all ages and abilities, it is a fun and challenging work out.

Conditioning and Toning Classes

 

Body Pump (The World's Fastest Way to Get in to Shape)

IBody Pump is the world's first class to combine high-repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning, It will tone and condition your body, can help you lose weight and ultimately change your shape in record time. All sessions are non impact and last 45/60 minutes.

 

Ab Attack

A 30 minute class focussing on the mid section of the body designed to strengthen core muscles and flatten the stomach area. A fast and effective way to get great abs!

 

 

Alternative Classes

 

Power Circuit

A variety of cardiovascular and resistance exercises are used in this tough class aimed at aiding weight loss and improving fitness. You will spend a set time on each exercise station with your instructor motivating you to work to your best ability!

 

Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness programme that will blow you away!

 

Pole Dancing

Want a work out that combines aerobics, dance, strength training and a few good laughs in every session? Then join one of our 6 week Pole Dancing courses. Please note there is an extra charge for this course.

 

Teen Gym

Teen Gym is for 11-15 year olds. They are able to use the gym equipment under the guidance of one of our instructors. Why not get your child away from their Play Station and let them enjoy some exercise in an adult enviroment? There is a charge of £3 for these sessions.
