Our Gym


Pirate Fitness is on the first floor and you will find an

open plan, spacious and modern exercise area. Our gym is split into 3 main sections -  

CARDIO - an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, stepper and rowers. 

RESISTANCE MACHINES - equipment to work all the major muscle groups like shoulder press, chest press, pec fly, leg curl, leg extension, leg press, lat pulldown, seated row and our awesome cybex trainer that will work just about any part of the body!


FREE WEIGHTS - a huge range of plate-loaded machines, Smith machine, 2 squat racks, Olympic bar and dumbells to over 50kgs. We also have 2 bench presses and an awesome 30 degree leg press. 

Our Facilities Also Include..........

Warm-up/stretch area with swiss balls, kettlebells and medicine balls

Large sprung floor studio offering 30 classes a week including spin


Vibrating exercise machine

Punch bag

Changing rooms and showers

Gym Inductions are available (if required) free of charge to all members, as well as regular gym programmes and fitness assessments.
