James is an experienced Personal Trainer with a great depth of knowledge, specialising in weight loss, nutrition, events training, body shaping and postural correction.

 

He has worked in conjunction with local sports teams and professional athletes, helping them to acheive training and sporting goals.

Veronica's program isn't time consuming and it isn't boring.
You just have to put your mind to 84 days, 12 weeks, 3 months; whatever you like to call it.

The program is 5 days on and 2 days off, and takes up, including getting to and from the gym, shower time etc, about an hour out of my day.
I eat healthily- vegetarian, low-carb, and I've more or less avoided alcohol in the last 6 weeks.

After only 6 weeks I can SEE and FEEL that my body is changing and I'm now curious to see what I'll look like at the end of the next 6 weeks.

It works.
I'm now TANK! (My 15 year old niece called me this when she saw the before/after shots. Apparently it's a complimentary way of saying I look buff)
