I have closely worked with elite level athletes and coaches whilst completing an internship with the Cardiff Metropolitan strength & conditioning team which gave me great knowledge and insight into the industry. Hi, I’m Abbie, a Personal Trainer and Online Coach dedicated to helping women transform their bodies and mindsets through strength training, education, and sustainable habits. I work both online and in person with women who want to feel strong, confident and empowered without the restrictive diets and unrealistic schedules.
I’m currently studying to become a Womens Coaching Specialist, allowing me to better support client’s who may be experiencing body image struggles, PCOS, and menopause. My mission is to help every woman feel in control of her body, confident and capable of achieving lasting results that fit their lifestyle.
